Originally from Standish, ME, Morgan’s passion for dance and ballet began with her training at the Darcy Leavitt School of Ballet.  With a strong pursuance of ballet education and performance, Morgan graduated magna cum laude with a BFA from Point Park University in 2009 and joined the Portland Ballet Company shortly after.  Since her involvement with Portland Ballet, Morgan has been featured in a variety of performances including The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, L’Histoire du Soldat, Oberly’s Mozart’s Requiem, and The Victorian Nutcracker.  In her eight years of teaching experience at studios in Southern Maine her choreography has been featured in Portland Dances 08’, Point Park University’s Student Choreography Showcase 08’, and many local recitals, performances, and competitions.  Morgan is an ABT® Certified teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.  She is also a certified Pilates Academy International instructor as well as the JV field hockey coach.  Morgan enjoys teaching ballet education and working closely with athletes to boost their athletic performance.
