Our Beginner Boys gymnastics is designed for boys who haven’t completed our beginner curriculum. Skills include rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. Basic but challenging skills will be taught on rings, parallel bars, and vault.
5yrs & Older
Our boys gymnastics & strength training program, provides classes that focus on developing strength, endurance, and agility. Modeled after the Men’s USA Junior Olympic program, boys will utilize bars, parallel bars, floor, rings, and trampoline to develop confidence and body awareness that serve as the foundation for all sport disciplines. Flip, roll, bounce, and swing your way through a curriculum filled with skills and challenges. A great choice all on it’s own, or an exciting addition to any training routine.

Our Intermediate Boys Gymnastics
is designed for those who have completed our Beginner curriculum. Additional focus will be placed on strength and flexibility as boys work towards more advanced skills
on bars, floor, rings, and vault.
