TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE

Our Tumbling & Trampoline curriculum is based off of the USA Gymnastic Tramp & Tumbling Program and is specifically designed to provide every athlete with the tools they need to succeed. Fun for every level, our program emphasizes strength and conditioning for safe skill-building that will eventually build towards flipping and twisting. Classes will utilize 3 in-ground trampolines, 2 - 30ft long tumble tracks, a full-sized spring floor, and one in-ground “loose foam pit” to build confidence during every level of training.
BACK HANDSPRING
TUMBLING
1hr / Once a week / 5yrs & Older / Coed
This class is designed for those
who've completed our Beginner Tumbling curriculum or those who've received a coach's recommendation for enrollment. Our BHSx class focuses exclusively on skills and drills associated with round-off and back handspring development.

INTERMEDIATE
TUMBLING
1hr / Once a week / 5yrs & Older / Coed
This class if for those who have completed our Back Hand-spring program. Students will build upon their knowledge of trampoline and begin building tumbling passes (i.e. flips, twists, and skill combinations). Students should receive a coach's recommendation to enroll in this class.
