MAKE-UP POLICY

If for any reason you are unable to attend your regularly scheduled class: ​​​​

• Submit a "Report an Absence" form on our website.

• Our Main Office will credit your account with 1 free Open Gym Make-up Pass.

• Make-up in any of our age-appropriate Open Gyms.

Open gyms are unstructured supervised times where students can practice skills, try new ones, and explore the gym at their own pace. Coaches are always available for assistance.  Students must have a make-up pass on their account to be admitted into open gym at no cost.  Make-up Passes are only valid within the "session" in which the class was missed (ex. School Year Session, Summer Session).  Make-up Passes are not transferable to other students.  Siblings can also attend open gym for a discounted price with make-up students. Open Gym is for both members and non-members.
