Pricing & Tuition:

Dudziak’s Gymnastics is a year round program with monthly tuition based on an average of four classes per month.  Students may enter our program at any time.  The current month’s tuition will be pro-rated, if necessary, based on your start date.  Holidays and events are taken into consideration when creating our annual class tuition.  Some months may include 5 classes, while others may include 3 classes.

Annual Registration Fee:

A $40 annual registration fee will be posted per family account.  The registration fee is required to enroll in monthly instructional classes and will be added to your tuition on the yearly anniversary month of your original enrollment.  This fee covers administrative costs and student/athlete secondary insurance.

 

Automatic Payment Plan:

Once enrolled in our classes, you will stay enrolled with monthly tuition charges until you withdraw from class. If you choose to withdraw for the upcoming month, a Withdrawal Form must be submitted to the office or online by the 20th of the current month. Once tuition is charged for the upcoming month, you have committed for that month. We do not issue a refund if you withdraw earlier in the month and there are classes remaining. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a reflection of attendance.

Class tuition is automatically charged on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month using the credit or debit card you have on file. Changes may be made to your credit card at any time through your customer portal or at the front desk. A payment reminder will be on the 20th of every month. A payment receipt will be emailed to the billing contact’s email address on file.

Dudziak’s Gymnastics is a year round program with a flat-rate monthly tuition based on an average of four classes per month. If five classes are available, we do not increase tuition. If three classes are available, we do not pro rate tuition.

Weather Cancellations:

In the event of inclement weather, we notify our families via facebook, instagram, and email.  We do not necessarily follow school district closings.  If Dudziak’s Gymnastics cancels classes for inclement weather, student accounts will be credited with open gym passes.

Make-Up An Absence:

Open Gym Make-Up Pass:

Every absence will be noted in your account.  Each absence will be valid for one make-up Open Gym pass.  Passes are valid for one month after absence, and will expire if not used.  Closures for weather and special events will receive a value of two open gym passes.  Open gym is one full hour of supervised unstructured time where children can practice their skills and have fun exploring our equipment. Coaches are available for assistance. Check our Open Gym Calendar for a current list of open gym dates/times. You must have a make-up pass to be admitted into open gym at no cost.  Siblings can attend open gym for a discounted price with make-up students.  Open Gym passes are not transferable to other students. Open Gym is for members and non-members. Children kindergarten and younger must be accompanied by an adult in the gym.

Waitlist:

We continually monitor our waiting lists and will keep watching for an opening for you.  It is very difficult to estimate how long someone will be on a waiting list for a particular class.  Rather, we encourage you to enroll in another available class time and wait list for your ideal class time so that your child can still participate in the meantime.  You are not charged anything for remaining on a waitlist.  If an opening in a class you are wait listed for becomes available, the office will contact you. Once enrolled in a class, you will be charged at that time for current tuition.  We will pro-rate the current month’s tuition based on your start date, if necessary.  You can check your account, or register for other classes or special activities at any time through your customer portal.  You won’t see your waiting lists in your customer portal.

Student Clothing:

Please come dressed to participate:

Long hair must be tied back – No gum chewing —  No jewelry or wrist bands — No clothing with buttons, zippers, snaps --- No Midriffs, skirts, tutus, or clothing with strings.  Leotards are ideal, but not required.  Shorts and t-shirts are acceptable.  Children’s shoes and belongings should be stored in cubbies or on hooks by our lobby benches.  In situations where students do not have a parent on-site, Dudziak's may need to provide students with items to conform to our rules and policies, i.e. hair ties, wrist bands, strap bar gloves, appropriate attire, and potentially food and drink items.  Dudziak's will provide students with these items needed to participate and apply the charge to your family account.

Parental Viewing:

Parents and spectators are allowed to view classes at anytime.  Enjoy our mezzanine located upstairs, above the main office.  Viewers must remain inside the viewing area.  No parents, viewers, or spectators will be permitted inside the gym.  Adult(s) assisting children kindergarten and younger in the gym for special activities must sign a release form available at the front desk for participation.  Adults are not allowed on any equipment.
